We’ve been doing what we do for years. After beating the showroom pavement for years and years, we set out to make it easier to do business. So does it have to be so difficult? What are dealers supposed to do? Sell and service cars. And do a great job at that.
So you’d figure that using the best tools for the customers first, then for the dealer second…would make sense. Right?! So giving someone else your traffic, not controlling the experience and trying to improve your brand over another company’s (namely a vendor)?
